A background in leasing and transactional property, with 3-5 years'' post-admission experience, is essential. You should be client-focused, practical, and able to meet deadlines.The role involves managing leasing matters from start to finish, drafting and negotiating lease agreements for retail, commercial, and industrial properties. Familiarity with the Retail Leases Act and PEXA is required.You should have knowledge of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, contract review, and negotiation.
