The role involves providing consulting services in VTA, tree risk assessment, work specifications, and cost estimates, as well as participating in development and construction services. You will support clients, organize projects, compile tree data, and produce reports. You will also deliver training, offer professional arboricultural advice, and contribute to the future development of the ArborSafe software.Key Responsibilities IncludePerform tree assessments and prepare or review arboricultural reports.Manage client relationships and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Conduct or supervise tree diagnostic testing, such as aerial assessments, PiCUS testing, pest and disease testing.Collaborate with clients, staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.Provide expert advice on arboricultural best practices and industry developments.Deliver training sessions on product usage to clients and staff.Handle administrative tasks like timekeeping and supporting staff and management.Learn more about our ArborSafe products at you will do to be successful in this roleHold a Diploma of Arboriculture (AQF5) or equivalent, or be enrolled in such a program.Have at least 3 years of experience as a consulting arborist.Possess technical skills in tree biology, VTA, species identification, and remedial works.Preferably hold risk assessment qualifications like QTRA, VALID, or TRAQ.Have accurate pricing knowledge for pruning and removal operations.Be proficient in IT and report writing.Be motivated to grow the consulting arm of our business.Maintain good physical fitness and mobility for tree assessments.We welcome your whole self at work.
