With a focus on customer experience, you will implement Business Process Management tools and human-centred design principles to deliver streamlined, user-friendly and fit-for-purpose process.You Will AlsoCollaborate with various stakeholders and internal teams to develop quality processes and deliver process transformation.Evaluate changes to processes effect on people, operations, technology and policy.Drive continuous improvement through ongoing review and strengthen team capability through shared knowledge.Collaborate on maintenance, quality assurance, and administrative tasks of the SAP Signavio BPM platform contentFor further information please click here to view the role descriptionAbout YouWere looking for a strategic, forward-thinking self-starter with extensive experience in process design and improvement.
