SENIOR LAND SURVEYOR We are seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to join the team at Rygate Surveyors. We are an established multidisciplinary surveying firm located in Sydney CBD, looking to expand our friendly and professional team. We require an experienced and motivated Senior Land Surveyor to join us. The role will include working on and managing large projects, Deposited Plans, Strata Plans, Identification Surveys, Council Town Planning submissions, Expert Reports, and similar tasks. Minimum Qualifications and Experience 7 years of surveying experience in NSW TAFE qualification or surveying degree Ability to work independently on various projects Proficiency with Magnet Office NSW Driver''s license Effective verbal and written communication skills OH&S General Induction card Australian citizenship or permanent residency Willingness to work flexible hours Highly motivated and detail-oriented An excellent remuneration package is available, including bonuses, a car, and a laptop.
