This position is located within Mid North Coast LHD What You''ll Be Doing The position will contribute to the development, coordination, and monitoring of Capital Works & Asset Management (CW&AM) projects, along with supporting the implementation of NSW Health Building and Plant Efficiency Strategies and NSW Government Resource Efficiency Policy within MNCLHD. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining information and reporting systems for Building and Plant Efficiencies, managing capital projects such as building efficiency projects and upgrades, and supporting utility efficiency initiatives within MNCLHD. About You You should have relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field, or equivalent experience in managing capital works projects in a large, diverse service industry. Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering project specifications, reports, and documentation is essential. Knowledge of building & plant efficiency issues related to health services and a proven track record of delivering outcomes that improve efficiency and effectiveness under tight budget and time constraints are also required.
