This a Permanent Part Time vacancy in our Frenchs Forest group home with 20-25 hours per week.Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.Being part of a fun and dynamic team.RosterWeek 1Wednesday 22:00 - 7:00Friday 6:30 - 9:30Saturday 6:30 - 15:30Sunday 07:00 - 15:30Week 2Wednesday 22:00 - 7:00Friday 6:30 - 9:30Sunday 07:00 - 15:30(There is opportunity to pick up more shifts.)RequirementsAvailability to work shifts aboveHaving an understanding nature and helping our clientsA current NSW Driver''s License (P2 minimum).We OfferAttractive hourly rate of $33.47 + Super + Penalty RatesOpportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification, including Certificate III in Individual Support (CPA covers the cost for this)$100 per year Well-being Allowance (eg: purchase sports equipment, have a massage, take a meditation class)Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness PassportJoin an industry leader and high performing team with specialist training opportunitiesPaid Employee Referral Bonus Program, where you can be rewarded for referring a friend that joins CPA.Important InformationAt CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
