As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with people with disabilities to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities, guiding, supporting, and motivating participants while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations. Your Key Responsibilities Utilise a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment. Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants. Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training. Provide in-employment support to sustain employment. Market participants skills to prospective employers. Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks. Maintain detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements. Participate actively in the local community to promote services. Candidate Profile Passionate & motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment. Relationship builders with strong customer service skills to build positive relationships with participants and employers. Quality-focused with attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines. Problem solvers capable of thinking outside the square and developing strategies for sustainable employment placement. Tech-savvy and confident in using computers and online systems.
