Your success will depend on providing exceptional client service, fostering tenant relationships, managing reports, overseeing contracts, and achieving objectives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, strategic, and collaborative, working at our prestigious Roseland Shopping Centre.Knight Frank provides the tools, support, and total trust in your ability to succeed as an Operations/Facility Manager. Regular back-end advice on compliance matters is provided. The team support culture is genuine and active. Mike Myers, Retail Operations ManagerKey Responsibilities:Conduct weekly presentation inspections for all assets (excluding Coffs).Conduct monthly property inspections for all assets (excluding Coffs).Serve as the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across retail centers.Procure services to meet technical, risk, and statutory requirements within budget.Manage essential services including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and representatives.Ensure compliance, risk, and sustainability targets and KPIs are met.Optimize building operations to design specifications.Monitor and manage energy and water consumption.Manage smaller-scale capital expenditure projects.Prepare detailed monthly activity reports.Who we are looking for:2+ years of experience in facilities and/or property industry (commercial/retail/industrial).Building trade background preferred but not essential.Proven success in similar roles or industries.Effective communication skills, with succinct written communication.Ability to analyze and resolve issues.Initiative and proactive work approach.Proven contract and contractor management experience.Valid drivers license and reliable transport.Not the perfect fit?
