What''s on offer? As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medium density housing projects and the execution of projects sales releases. You will play an essential role in ensuring project feasibility and buildability and can expect to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as Draftspersons, Estimators, New Homes Consultants, Developers, Engineers, Building Surveyors and Councils planners. Your daily duties will include: * Coordinate, confirm and quality check job setups and product release * Maintain release templates * Coordinate production of site-specific release documentation * Produce Intent to Purchase / Pre-Works Contracts * Review project drawings to ensure compliance * Obtain site works, landscaping, hoarding and water authority works quotes * Produce cost summary and coordinate build pricing What can you bring?
