An exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join a leading provider of industrial products & solutions.If you have experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, administration or logistics and supply chain within an industrial B2B setting, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role could be for you!About the RoleYoull be part of team processing sales orders, supporting field sales teams, and managing customer enquiries across spare parts, consumables, and service contracts for a diverse client-base.This role will see you liaise with customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a high standard of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess sales orders, contracts, and acknowledgements via SAPCoordinate deliveries and track shipments, resolving any delaysRespond to customer enquiries, feedback, and claimsSupport field sales with quoting and order conversionsRenew service agreements and upsell consumablesMaintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to QA proceduresAbout You3+ years experience in a similar role within an industrial B2B environmentProficiency with SAP / Salesforce.com / Excel is highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in FMCG or packaging sectors advantageousBenefitsCareer growth in an international businessAnnual performance bonus and merit-based salary reviewFree onsite parkingOne day per week work from home (after probationary period)Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Workplace CultureWe value collaboration, customer success, trust, results, and respect.
