Change and Communications Lead - S/4HANA Upgrade 01 Jul 2025 Sydney Contract The NSW Government client needs an experienced change and communications lead to assist in the adoption of their newly upgraded SAP S/4HANA system. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the change strategy to support this. Additionally, you will drive stakeholder engagement, prepare targeted communications, coordinate change impact assessments, and support readiness activities across business units. You will work closely with project leaders, business stakeholders, and the implementation partner. The role ensures messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with project milestones. A key focus is promoting awareness, managing change fatigue, and enabling end users to transition confidently to new systems and processes. You must have: At least 5 years in similar roles within large, complex, enterprise-wide organizations, deploying ERP systems. Experience with NSW Government projects (ideally). ERP adoption experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA, but open to other ERP systems. Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms and deployment. Change management certifications such as PROSCI or Kotter.
