Recruitment Administrator Perth CBD ASAP start - 3-months with possible extension - Hybrid / Flexible Work EnvironmentWe are seeking a Recruitment Administrator for an exciting opportunity in Perth CBD for a 3-month casual contract with a possible extension.Rate: Negotiable based on successful candidates experienceHours: Full-time (open to part-time for right candidate)Location: Perth CBD / 2 days WFH available after probation periodDuration: 3 months with possible extensionType: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements casual loading included in rate)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycleSchedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and liaise with candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databasesAssist with drafting job advertisements and posting to relevant platformsManage reference checks and onboarding documentationEnsure compliance with recruitment processes and policiesAbout YouPrevious experience in an administrative or HR support roleStrong customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionPre-Employment RequirementsFull working rights within AustraliaAbility to obtain a clean National Police ClearanceHow to ApplyIf you meet the above requirements and would like to be considered, APPLY NOW with your updated resume.
