With a strong presence in over 60 countries, including a significant footprint in Australia and New Zealand, they partners closely with hospitals and healthcare professionals to deliver life-changing solutions.The RoleBased in Macquarie Park, this role sits at the heart of the ANZ Operations Team, delivering analytical insights that inform strategic planning and support long-term, data-driven decision-making across the organisation.Responsibilities:Conduct data analysis to support key operational functions, particularly within supply chain and customer service, to identify process improvements, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall service delivery.Translate operational data into actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to understand customer needs, expectations, and supply chain pain points, and deliver data-backed operational solutions.Engage and influence key stakeholders to build alignment, support organisational change initiatives, and enable timely, informed decision-making.Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from identifying inefficiencies through to solution design, implementation, and measuring impact on operational performance.Skilled at translating complex data and technical insights into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.Skilled in building interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualise data and support decision-making.About You3+ years of analytics experience supporting Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceuticals sectors is highly desirable but not mandatory.Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation and query tools.Demonstrated ability to lead or actively contribute to process improvement projects, driving operational efficiencies and delivering measurable business outcomes.Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to business needs.Great Remuneration Package Base + Bonus + Super.Work for a globally renown healthcare brand.Be part of a welcoming and supportive team.Macquarie Park location, with flexible working available.Access to extensive learning and development programs.If you are interested in this role, please apply by and attach a copy of your updated CV.
