Job Description: We are seeking a Product Lead Connected Care to manage, enhance, and strategically direct our digital care platform, enabling patients to access healthcare services from anywhere. This role involves collaborating with clinicians, care teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to optimize workflows, improve patient experiences, and shape future connected health services across Australia. This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in any of our Group Head Offices in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. Key responsibilities include: Supporting daily management and optimization of our Digital Care Platform Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and platform adoption Developing and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with healthcare needs Leading platform improvements, gathering user feedback, and coordinating with vendors Providing training, troubleshooting, and support for seamless platform use Driving continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards Working with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve patient outcomes Qualifications and experience that work for us: Experience with healthcare digital solutions and understanding clinical workflows Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in product or project delivery Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Cloud for Health, Azure, Power BI) Proficiency in systems configuration, change management, and Agile/CI-CD practices Vendor management skills and high-quality delivery assurance Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills Qualification in Health, IT, Health Informatics, or related fields Experience with home and community care solutions, PowerApps, Power Automate, and healthcare data analytics is desirable Certifications such as CHIA, ITIL, PRINCE2 are advantageous What works for you: Visible impact on business and service quality Competitive salary packaging Private health insurance discounts Employee Assistance Program for staff and families Access to Fitness Passport At St Vincents, we value diversity and inclusivity, creating a welcoming, safe, and fair work environment for all backgrounds.
