Our purpose is to raise the bar on service excellence.About the Role:As the National Compliance Manager, you will oversee and lead a dedicated team of compliance and administration professionals. This pivotal role ensures the organisation not only meets but exceeds our obligations across ISO, OHS, and ESG requirements, while also supporting risk management and operational excellence across all sites and business units.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the compliance and administration teamOversee the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks, policies, and proceduresConduct and support internal audits across various operational areasCarry out risk assessments in diverse work environments, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in placeEnsure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)Maintain and advise on Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) legislationContribute to and support the organisations ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) commitmentsPrepare detailed compliance reports and action plansPromote a strong and proactive compliance culture across the organisationCollaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure best practice and continuous improvementAbout You:You are an experienced and proactive compliance professional with a strong understanding of national regulations, ISO standard requirements and risk management frameworks. Youre confident in leading both compliance and administrative functions and thrive in a role where you can influence culture, guide teams, and uphold the highest operational standards. You lead by example, have a strong eye for detail, and are confident navigating complex compliance requirements in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
