In return, youll be supported to bring your own ideas to the table and challenge conventions with the aim of making life a little brighter, simpler and better for our customers and each other.About The RoleWe are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join a high-performing Enterprise Delivery Change Management team that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group. As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change.Operating within the Momentum (scaled agile) delivery model, this role will be embedded in an established Change Management team. The position will support organisational change management efforts for initiatives that support our broader transformation agenda. This includes driving process improvements, implementing new systems, and introducing enhanced capabilities across the organisation. They will bring experience in supporting projects delivered through a continuous delivery model (Agile) approach and traditional delivery models.In addition to strong communication and change management skills, you will have excellent stakeholder engagement (especially senior stakeholders) and coaching skills to ensure changes are embedded for our impacted teams. You will use innovation and resilience to deliver effective change management outcomes when there is uncertainty or ambiguity and be able to manage your own workload when there are competing priorities.A demonstrated ability to deliver visually engaging Change and Communications activities for a large-scale technology or transformation project is highly desirable. Experience in understanding how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable.You will join an Enterprise Change team made up of supportive and highly experienced Change practitioners and leaders who care about our teams development and wellbeing. You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practice are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute fit-for-purpose change, learning and communications plansDesign, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.)Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps that are identifiedBe hands on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverablesProviding communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery, linking activity to strategic and customer outcomesHands on coaching and ongoing support for business SMEs within Agile squads to ensure the successful delivery of change activities and artefactsAbout You5+ years project and people engagement related change management experience Mandatory; experience with AgileA demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology projects is highly desirable.Experience in understanding how changes impact an end to end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable.Confident in your ability to work autonomously with a strong understanding of what Change activities are required through each stage of a projectExperience working closely with Technology teams with the ability to understand technical concepts, and translate into easily understood business languageAble to utilise the Change Management Framework and templates and apply them as requiredExcited to be part of a large change management community at Suncorp and share your ideasWhat We Can Offer YouDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.A range of flexible working and leave options, including 20 weeks paid parental leave, 4 weeks paid secondary carer parental leave and unlimited paid emergency response leave.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.About SuncorpWere proud to be a part of the Suncorp family alongside some of Australias most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
