Projects range from $3 million to $10 million, and they pride ourselves on building homes that stand out in both form and function.The RoleMy client is currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across some of Sydneys most prestigious residential builds and to take ownership of the estimating and contract administration processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projectsManage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completionLiaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget controlUse Procore for project management, tendering, variations, and document controlAssess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processesMonitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingRequirementsMinimum 5 years'' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential constructionProven experience on projects valued up to $10 millionProficiency in Procore is essentialStrong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and complianceAbility to work autonomously, manage your own workflow, and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsWhy apply?Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that values excellence and integrityWork on some of the most impressive and challenging residential projects in the regionCompetitive remuneration, tailored to your experienceReady to Elevate Your Career?
