Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Office Manager at KFC Roofing Supplies Pty Ltd located in Botany, NSW. As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. You''ll be responsible for managing administrative and human resource processes, coordinating between departments, and supporting both the management team and wider staff. Youll work closely with management and play a vital role in maintaining efficiency as the company expands. This role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring professional and consistent communication to support long-term business partnerships.QualificationsPrevious experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar roleExceptional organisational skills, excellent time-management, and attention to detailStrong communication and people skills friendly, professional, solutions-focused, and ability to liaise effectively with both team members and customersProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MYOB, Xero, SAP B1, and payroll-related softwareAbility to juggle multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, trade or construction-related environmentA positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented approachKey ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of office administration including reception, filing, document control, and suppliesSupport coordination between the sales team, warehouse/distribution staff, suppliers, and management teamLiaise with external suppliers and service providers as neededLead with payroll coordination, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing support (in conjunction with our bookkeeper)Work closely with external accountants to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.Maintain accurate HR records, WHS documents, and compliance registersFoster a positive office environmentOversee the recruitment process, including onboarding and training of new staff.Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor performance, to ensure alignment with company goals and performance expectations #J-18808-Ljbffr
