Join us and be part of the best team in tech as we Fuel the Fandom worldwide.What youll do:Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.Build and maintain ongoing relationships for all client-related aspects, from product implementation onwards.Utilize project management skills to drive project planning, governance, and onboarding, including detailed deployment timelines.Collaborate closely with our product, technical, and delivery teams at HQ in Tel Aviv.Deliver quarterly business reviews to demonstrate the value the customer derives from our service.Extract valuable insights from BI tools and reports.Develop best practices methodologies and act as a trusted advisor to your customers.Identify upsell opportunities and discuss them directly with the customer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
