The key focus of this role is to guide and support our customers throughout the preconstruction process of building their new home to ensure a high-quality file is delivered to the construction team. More specifically, you will:Be responsible for working with and meeting with your allocated customers through their home building journeyBe the critical conduit between the client and the business, providing all customers with an unbeatable customer service experienceWork within a fast-paced energetic team, providing solutions to problemsSuccessfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetingsEnsure all information is collated for other McDonald Jones Homes departments so that they can complete their works accuratelyComplete time critical administrative tasks and deadlinesAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia''s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
