You''ll be responsible for:Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the application strategy aligned with UniSuper''s business goals.Technical Oversight: Manage technical delivery and solution design reviews for enterprise-scale applications.Innovation Enablement: Facilitate AI-driven solutions in collaboration with our Emerging Technology team.Application Management: Oversee SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms, ensuring performance, interoperability, and vendor governance.Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, growth, and engagement.Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk, security, and operational standards.Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and optimize resource recovery.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across UniSuper and with external partners.Key RelationshipsInternal: Enterprise Applications & Cloud leadership, Corporate Services, Advice team, Architecture, Security, and Tech Leads.External: Strategic vendors and technology delivery partners.About You You bring:Proven experience managing large enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Microsoft 365).Expertise in SaaS architecture and lifecycle management.Strong leadership in hybrid team environments.Financial services or superannuation experience (highly valued).Budget management and vendor engagement skills.Exposure to Agile delivery and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Azure IPaaS) is a plus.Why UniSuper?
