This is a true partnership role that will suit someone that thrives on building and nurturing relationships.Partnering with the Hiring Managers and the HR Advisory & People Solutions Team to deliver a responsive, robust and value-adding end to end recruitment service to the business, where you will need to be agile and flexible to be successful.You will recruit a broad range of roles across Australia, including many of our Rural branches.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:Run the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for Hiring Managers and candidates and a successful recruitment outcome.Provide interview support to Hiring Managers when necessaryPartner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Manager to understand business needs, job requirements and candidates soughtParticipate in role briefing with the Hiring Manager and contribute to sourcing strategy and processEnsure all open vacancies have an effective sourcing plan, using a variety of appropriate sourcing channelsLead the screening processes (pre-screening question selection, candidate screening and short listing) for relevant vacanciesUtilise pre-screening questions to clearly and quickly identify the most appropriate candidates.Evaluating and selecting internal and external talent to ensure the best match between the individual and the work requirementsEnsure all advertising and communications meet Rabobanks standards and are consistent with the Rabobank Brand.Ensure all checks relative to internal resourcing have been made prior to external advertising.To be successful in the role, you will have:Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processesIdeally a financial services or professional services backgroundFamiliar with various interview techniques and evaluation methodsWorkday experience favourable (or another HRIS platform)Creativity in filling rural based vacanciesSkills using LinkedIn recruiterand other sourcing toolsA positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skillsOur Values, Vision and MissionRabobank Australia fully embracesinclusion and belonging and delivers positive experiences for our people and clients.
