At the heart of it, we get brands, we get people, and we know how to bring them together.ABOUT THE ROLESeeker Agency is a tight-knit team of Creative, Client Services, and Production professionals who work together to deliver standout events and brand experiences. Were looking for a passionate Associate Producer to support across an exciting range of experiential marketing activations and corporate events.In this role, youll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. Youll manage the end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized events, and support Senior Producers on larger, more complex projects. Its a hands-on role where no two days look the same - perfect for someone whos organised, solutions-focused, and up for a challenge.Heres a snapshot of your day-to-day:Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and venues to secure all necessary servicesManage timelines, budgets and production schedules to ensure events are delivered on time and within budgetHandle delegate management, including registration sites in EventsAir, accommodation and transfersFollow all Production team systems and processes, ensuring accurate setup across tools like Monday.com and SharePoint templatesManage WIP documents, including critical paths and meeting follow-ups, and stick to agreed deadlinesAssist with generating run sheets, supplier schedules, risk assessments and other key documentsOversee on-site event setup, execution and pack-down, ensuring everything aligns with client expectationsSupport Producers and Senior Producers in delivering key client events, helping build strong relationships and contribute to account growthWork with the Finance team to manage project budgets and invoicing schedulesComplete detailed project reconciliationsABOUT YOUWhat will you bring with you?2+ years of experience in event productionExcellent attention to detail and strong multitasking skillsA collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a proactive, can-do attitudeConfidence using Microsoft Office and related databasesExperience with EventsAir is a plusA genuine interest in learning and developing your professional skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA desire to be part of a fast-paced agency environmentAn understanding of the nature of our industry including the flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours when neededSOUND LIKE YOU?If this role feels like a fit - and youre keen to join a team of smart, down-to-earth, hardworking people - wed love to hear from you.
