Reporting to the National Manager - Coffee, youll form part of a passionate, energetic and skilled team of coffee and multi-site experts.Based on the road, youll work closely with Franchise Partners and their teams in achieving specialty coffee success for their businesses by:Supporting Franchise Partners primarily across stores in Queensland as well as other Interstate Market(s), including regional stores to drive sales and engage with our brand, products, display, presentation and customers dailyPartnering with our Franchise Partners to execute the individual business strategiesSupporting New Store Openings as part of our growing networkCompleting store audits, providing industry leading coaching and training to address development areasEnsuring obligations to legal, WH&S, Fair Work,Food Safety, policies and procedures are coached and trained on, then consistently met in the storesAssisting with the onboarding and training of new Franchise PartnersPartnering with Franchise Partners to measure success and manage local area marketingSupporting the recruitment of in-store team members as requiredBuilding long lasting, supportive and professional relationships with all stakeholders within the regionProviding face to face, one-on-one and group training sessions on all areas of specialty coffeeFacilitating on-boarding, refresher and ad-hoc training for franchise partners and their teamsCompleting store visits and reporting to ensure compliance and consistencyContributing new ideas for the development of specialty coffee events and education programsOverseeing the execution of promotional events, pop up stores and the annual Soul Origin National Barista CompetitionBuilding strong, supportive relationships with franchise partners and their teamsHolding responsibility for, and regularly travelling to, a designated region of stores both in QLD and interstateThe key to your SUCCEESS is:Minimum of 1-3 years multi-site / franchising experienceA background in hospitality or food and beverage essentialFlexibility to regularly travel interstateAn unrestricted QLD drivers license and access to a reliable carAdvanced knowledge and passion for Specialty CoffeeExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire othersProven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs and maximising profitStrong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skillsFlexibility to work after hours and weekends as requiredAbility to work autonomously in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environmentAbility to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children CheckSO whats in it for you?You''ll be able to play a role in driving what is arguably Australias largest barista championships, attracting 100+ participants each year!You''ll have an opportunity to share specialty coffee with the people of Australia every dayYou''ll receive a competitive salary and an annual salary reviewDont miss this opportunity to join a high performing team within our progressive business APPLY NOW.Only suitable applicants will be contacted for an interview.
