The role will see you advising a diverse client base of national and international employers on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, including:Contentious and non-contentious employment lawWorkplace health and safety (WHS)Discrimination and general protections claimsRestraint of trade and unfair dismissal litigationImmigration and privacy mattersYou will work closely with a team of highly regarded Partners, Special Counsel, and Senior Lawyers, contributing to complex litigation and advisory work while developing your expertise in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.About YouThey are seeking candidates with:47 years post-admission experience in employment and industrial relations lawBackground in a top-tier, mid-tier, or specialist employment law firmStrong technical and drafting skills, with a commercial and solutions-focused mindsetExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsA proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work autonomouslyThey are known for their inclusive, progressive culture and commitment to excellence.
