This is a permanent role and reports into the Construction Manager for New Equipment (NE) and Modernization (Mod)In this role, you will be key in manage and Administer Otis NE & Mod contracts according to the Otiss Sales Installation Process (SIP).What we offerCompetitive base salary and Car allowanceProject incentiveCareer progression Access to funded study schemes such as our industry leading Employee Scholarship Program and Educational Assistance SchemeA culture which encourages innovative ideas and appreciates our talent is the key to our success.As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include toManage and administer Otis NE & Mod contracts according to the Otis Sales Installation Process (SIP).Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance and staffing requirements and maintains the resource plan.Maintains a high-performance team by recruiting, developing, and motivating field labour, setting appropriate standards of performance and coaching the team.Ensures that Installation teams maintain approved site programs and attends site meetings and exercises line authority over all allocated installation field labour.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government inspectors and within the Otis to understand business challenges and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.Ensures that reports, contract records, site diaries, accident reports, time sheets and manpower charts are completed and submitted as required by Otis policies/procedures and state requirements.Proactively reports project risk and deliverable issues and actively participate in monthly project reviews with the branch and head office.What you will need to be successfulA tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering is preferred and/or Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate.Minimum five (5) years experience in Lift installations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Effective planning and organisational skills.Be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.Apply today to join us and build whats next!If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
