2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to help us increase our Annual Recurring Revenue (NRR) by selling our products and services in the medium-large school segment.In this role, you will cover all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead qualification and prospect and market education to solution development and contract execution.This role is part of the larger Customer Acquisition effort and would require supporting other Customer Acquisition activities, such as event planning and execution, social media coordination, and tender participation.You will have a broader impact by sharing market feedback to improve and evolve our product and service offerings.Key responsibilities:Convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) into new contractsEnsure new customer anticipated impact alignment with product capabilities and Support new customer transition into onboardingExecute and support prospects through their pilot/trial journeyCreate strong customer advocacy in the businessQualify inbound & outbound leads into SQLsMaintain high-quality data hygieneMaintain a strong pipeline of new business by working with the rest of the Customer Acquisition teamSuggest product and process improvementsProven track record of sales achievement working in a medium-ACV B2B SaaS sales environmentUnderstanding of the primary and secondary education system, either through your past sales experience or working in educationStructured sales approach/methodology formal training and sales playbookExperience in small-medium sized, fast-paced sales environmentGreat people skills - our customers and prospects are, first of all, peopleResourcefulness, initiative, creativity, excellence, independence - were a small company, and there are many things to figure outAbout PivotPivot Professional Learning is a Melbourne-based purpose-driven B2B SaaS company.
