You will drive efficiency through technology and automation, as well as lead a high-performing team to meet escalating client demand. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of evolving our operations while maintaining impeccable standards of accuracy and compliance.Our Operations team at Stake spans Cash Operations, Trading Operations, KYC/AML and Stake Super across Australia and Brazil and you will be a key member of one of our main operations pillars. Stake is going through an exciting growth phase and this role will be instrumental in how we continue to uplift and refine our processes. Further responsibilities include:Accountable for the execution of end-to-end operational processes for our Stake Super product (client onboarding, rollovers, fee/payment handling and ongoing super fund account management).Monitor team efficiency and implement strategies for continuous improvement in operational workflows.Collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Finance, Compliance, Product and Engineering to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive customer experience.Drive the development and continuous enhancement of Stake Super policies to mitigate and control operational risk effectively.Contribute operational insights to strategic discussions on product development and service offerings.Lead, coach, and empower a growing team of Stake Super Operations Analysts, fostering a high-performance cultureA bit about you5+ years experience in Operations, preferably within a Fintech environment and/or wealth industryStrong experience with process design and project management with the ability to refine processes and disrupt the industry standardsHighly adaptable, proactive and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environmentStrong analytical skills (SQL experience preferred), comfortable working with data to drive operational decisions, efficiencies, best practices and new ways of workingDemonstrable experience and skills to break down complex issues into actionable roadmap itemsA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-endDetail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious leadership experience with ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders across the businessAt Stake, were more interested in your attitude than your resume.
