Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create AlertRole: Feedlot Sales ManagerLocation: KingsthorpeSalary: $135k - $145k (including superannuation)Additional:Potential bonus opportunity and work vehicle includedAbout the roleAs the Feedlot Sales Manager you will develop and maintain profits by promoting, developing and maintaining profitable sales of supplements to feedlots clients through servicing their requirements in line with the businesss strategic direction.What Youll Do:Ensure Quality and Workplace Health and Safety Procedures are observed and maintained by assessing requirements, considering good work practice; obtaining advice when appropriate, and within Company policy and guidelines.Plan and organise daily, weekly & monthly work schedules to call on existing lot feeding clients, advising clients on the use of supplements; exceeding their expectations with all interactions with Performance Feeds.Assess production and feeding issues, liaising with specialist nutrition consultants; passing on advice on nutrition; recommending feed supplements in line with company policy.Investigate and reporting problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations when appropriate.Analyse existing and potential volume of clients; forming action plans based on evaluations; reviewing sales and margins compared to budgets, working closely with Performance Feeds staff to maximise effectiveness of services.About your experienceOur ideal candidate will have the following:Excellent selling and relationship management skillsKnowledge of livestock nutritionKnowledge of pasture grassesUnderstanding of cattle marketsGood interpersonal and communication skillsWhat we offer:Hybrid work and flexible leave options including birthday leaveWere proud to be a Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer, supporting balance, care and flexibility in every careerReady to apply?
