Our success lies in empowering our skilled Indigenous workforce and delivering projects with integrity, quality, and care.About the RoleAs the HSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring Bamas operations meet the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance. Reporting to the Operations Manager, youll lead the coordination, training, auditing, and continuous improvement of all HSEQ systems and processes.You will:Implement and maintain all Bama HSEQ policies and procedures.Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO and WHS standards.Drive HSEQ performance through staff training, risk management, and regular inspections.Coordinate emergency preparedness and WHS inductions across all sites.Review and improve Integrated Management System documentation and performance metrics.Collaborate with staff and subcontractors to embed a culture of safety, accountability, and quality.About YouYou are a confident and capable HSEQ professional who:Holds formal qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety.Has strong knowledge of WHS legislation, hazard identification, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Brings experience in developing, implementing, and auditing safety systems in a construction or operational setting.Communicates clearly and leads training and development initiatives effectively.Demonstrates strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Is committed to promoting a culturally safe and inclusive work environment.Requirements:Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain).Ability and willingness to travel to remote project sites.What We OfferCompetitive salary with generous salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay.Opportunity to work with a passionate and skilled Indigenous team making a real impact.A strong culture of collaboration, respect, and personal development.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all levels of the business.How to ApplySubmit your Resume and Cover Letter outlining your suitability for the role.Be part of a business that builds people, careers, and communities.Indigenous applicants are strongly encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
