You''ll work hand-in-hand with the Campaign team to deliver activity that drives sales, supports campaigns, and elevates the fan experience.Youll manage a junior EDM & Website Executive and be responsible for performance, quality control, and innovation across our owned digital channels.What does a day in the life look like?Role Responsibilities:Plan and build email campaigns using tools like Salesforce Marketing CloudManage website content updates and homepage takeovers via CMS platformsCoordinate closely with Campaign Leads on briefs and delivery timelinesEnsure consistency in messaging, design, and user experienceOversee testing, scheduling, and audience segmentationAnalyse performance and deliver regular reporting and insightsManage a direct report, providing guidance and development supportExplore opportunities to improve UX, email automation, and personalisationAbout You35 years experience in digital marketing or CRM rolesPassion for music, sport and live entertainmentHands-on experience with email platforms (Specifically Braze) and CMS toolsExcellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design and layoutConfident working across multiple campaigns and competing prioritiesFamiliar with audience segmentation, testing, and optimisation techniquesGreat collaborator with strong communication and stakeholder skillsExperience managing or mentoring junior team membersDesirable experienceExperience in entertainment, events, or e-commerce industriesFamiliarity with dynamic content and journey-building toolsInterest in automation, personalisation, and conversion optimisationAt TEG, we offer more than just a job.
