You will contribute to the development of intelligent analytics solutions that support critical business decisions across borders operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gain valuable experience in data-driven software development and analytics within the aviation industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUtilise statistical methods and data visualisation tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights.Collecting and analysing data, including: a. cleaning, validating and interpreting data from a variety of sources; b. conducting quantitative data analysis to identify patternsUsing statistical and data visualisation techniques to present findings..Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to align with our strategic direction.Follow best practicesEnsure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.Maintain comprehensive documentationStay updated with emerging trends and incorporate relevant innovations.QualificationsEXPERIENCEDeveloper with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSEssential:Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the aviation industry.Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools.Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills (Google big query preferred).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Desired:Tertiary qualifications in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.experience in aviation industry business will be valued.Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is desirable.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a bonus.Some knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analysis.CORE COMPETENCIESAdhering to Principles & ValuesCommunicationCreating & InnovatingCustomer FocusImpact & InfluenceLeading ExecutionResults OrientationTeamworkEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONSBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering.- Professional programming certification in data analytics is a plus.WHAT WE OFFERWe''re all about diversity.
