We''re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join us on an 8-month parental leave contract, to drive end-to-end recruitment and help shape our employer brand.Youll play a key role in sourcing the best talent, improving recruitment processes, and creating standout candidate experiences across our dynamic business.About Us:Val Morgan Group, part of The HOYTS Group, is a multi-platform media company that extends across Australia and New Zealand. Through the very best screens, world-class technology and the greatest content on the planet, Val Morgan Group are the market leaders in delivering audience attention and consumer engagement.What youll be doing:Partnering with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment - from workforce planning and job advertising through to selection and onboarding.Crafting compelling, inclusive job ads and sourcing strategies to attract great talent.Building and nurturing talent pipelines using traditional, digital, and creative methods.Leading improvements in candidate experience and recruitment efficiency, including automation and system enhancements.Enhancing our employer brand by managing job board and social media presence, developing recruitment collateral, and promoting employee referrals.Delivering a seamless onboarding experience in collaboration with our People & Culture team and hiring managers.Championing the ATS and recruitment module in our new HRIS - ensuring data accuracy, manager training, and ongoing optimisation.Producing recruitment insights and reports to inform smarter hiring decisions.About you:To be successful in this role, you should have:Proven experience in talent acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-role environment.Strong relationship management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers at all levels.Creativity and passion for employer branding, social media, and digital engagement.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - especially when it comes to process, systems, and candidate data.Experience using an ATS or HRIS, with an interest in continuous improvement and change management.Why Join Us?The opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant, collaborative culture.Be part of shaping our recruitment transformation and supporting key system changes.Flexibility, support, and a fun team environment where ideas are welcomed and valued.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Chance to make a significant impact on our company''s success.Benefits & Culture:Besides the incredible social events and networking opportunities, people love working at The HOYTS Group because its fun and lively with an unbeatable culture.
