This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) team on a suite of business-critical projects. Youll play a key role in shaping processes, driving insights, and partnering with diverse stakeholders across the business to support strategic growth.About the RoleAs the Senior Business Analyst, youll be central to upcoming business transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and operational process redesigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can work confidently with cross-functional teamsfrom finance and operations to customer experience and technology.Youll be responsible for:Engaging with business stakeholders to capture, define and document current and future state processesDeveloping clear process maps using tools such as Visio and BPMNProducing high-quality documentation and reports to support project deliveryCoordinating UAT activities and contributing to the successful implementation of changeAnalysing business performance and identifying areas for continuous improvementAbout YouYou bring:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in dynamic, high-growth businessesStrong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication across all levelsProficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas) and process mapping toolsExperience delivering business-focused outcomes (retail or consumer goods experience is highly regarded)A proactive, personable, and solutions-focused mindsetThe EnvironmentThis organisation offers a modern, hybrid working environment with a collaborative and down-to-earth culture.
