Were looking for a new member of our small, award-winning, in-house creative team to build the next chapter of the Movember story.You''ll have the opportunity to:Work alongside the Head of Creative and Senior Copywriter, developing concepts, scripts and creative ideasWork with stakeholders to refine briefs and define the most effective creative production avenues Leverage your deep knowledge of Australias production industry to identify and engage the right talent, directors, and production partners for each projectWork with our team of content producers around the world to tell meaningful, memorable, human storiesShape creative strategy and ensure all video content delivers against brand objectives and audience needsCreate some of the boldest campaigns, activations and out-of-the-box ideas known to mens healthFor this role, youll need:5+ years creative experience in advertising, film production, content creation or related creative field with strong conceptual thinking skillsA proven track record working collaboratively in creative teams to develop ideas from brief to executionExperience interrogating briefs and working with stakeholders to define creative problems and solutionsDeep understanding of video content across formats and platforms, with knowledge of what makes effective creative, and what the latest styles and trends areStrong network within Melbourne''s creative and production industry - knowing the right people for the jobAbility to present and articulate creative concepts clearly to diverse stakeholdersUnderstanding of brand guidelines and creative strategy within organizational objectivesCreative discernment and a drive to do some world class creative workDesirable:Previous agency, in-house agency or creative team experienceKnowledge of men''s health topics and sensitivity to audience considerationsPrevious experience with integrated creative campaignsArt direction or creative direction experienceGOOD CAUSE:Working for Movember, youll help raise millions for mens health (not for a CEOs bonus).
