The Procurement Policy and Systems Branch consists of five sections:Procurement & Grants Information Systems Technical and OperationsProcurement & Grants Information Systems ProjectsProcurement PolicyTrade PolicyInformation Capability EnhancementABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for planning, supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Australian Government Governments centralised procurement and grant information systems (AusTender, GrantConnect and the Commonwealth Contracting Suite). You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely advice is given to various stakeholders including government entities, suppliers and individuals seeking to do business with government. In this position you will manage a small team of help desk operators to achieve key performance targets, including overseeing requests and incidents whilst prioritising and coordinating urgent or critical issues. Your responsibilities extend to delivering system enhancements including developing and documenting new system requirements, test management and release planning.
