You will have the ability to create respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers, as well as your fellow educators. Together with your team, you will plan, deliver and reflect on programs that arent just compliantbut exciting, inclusive, and filled with moments that matter. Everyones in it together, making it easier for you to thrive.What you need to succeedA cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC)Diploma of Children''s Services or related qualification (desirable)Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what quality really looks like in OSHCYou meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously.And if youre up for it youre keen to grow even more!
