As a member of our Finance Team, you will support transactional accounting processes, including donation receipts and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also gain exposure to financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end deliverables. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with Salesforce database reconciliation tasks, such as monthly Direct Debit payment runs, rejections, Corporate and Major Donor payments, transfers to ChildFund Alliance members, refunds, and reports. Preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations and booking journals in the General Ledger. Supporting the Finance team with month-end and year-end activities. Performing other tasks as required within your skills and capabilities. Qualifications and skills: Experience in transactional accounting processes or studying towards a degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Sage Intacct and familiarity with the not-for-profit or international development sector are advantageous. This is a fixed-term, part-time role (60%) until February 2026, based in Surry Hills, Sydney. We support flexible working arrangements, including remote work where responsibilities allow.
