Because at Kmart its not just what you do, its who you are that makes every day living brighter.Join the teamWe currently have an amazing opportunity for a Zone Manager to lead 14 Kmart stores across QLD West, ( frequent travel will be required) . Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the key focus of this role is to lead store teams in making everyday living brighter for our customers, by improving the Kmart shopping experience and making our stores the best place to work.What Youll Be DoingTo be successful in this role you will have a drive to achieve exceptional results, an appetite for innovation and change, and the ability to execute Kmarts strategic pillars across your remit. A passion for team development is essential (your stores will be talent factories) with an equal focus on your performance and the performance of your direct reports. You will focus on increasing store productivity, remuneration management, reducing the CODB and driving sales growth.To be considered for this role you must have:Proven multi-site retail operational experienceA safety and customer first mindsetEvidence of building cohesive, engaged and high performing teamsDemonstrated commitment to achieving high end resultsStrong business and financial acumenStakeholders that will vouch for your ability to collaborateDigital experience would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisiteBenefits well offer you:Flexible working through our Flex Where, Flex When, Flex Well policy.
