We''re currently looking for a passionate and capable individual to join us.Our team structure includes Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Administration staffso there are opportunities to grow, learn from experienced colleagues, and progress into more senior roles. If you''re enthusiastic about solar, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to join a company where career development is encouraged, wed love to hear from you.Administration staff are responsible for accurately and efficiently responding to customer phone and email enquiries and processing incoming purchases orders. Key tasks include entering quotes and sales orders, checking stock levels, sending despatch notices to our warehouses, tracking deliveries and ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met or exceeded in all interactions. We''re seeking a well-presented, positive and capable multitasker with a proven track record, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiencyready to grow into an admin expert.Our team is based in a modern office/warehouse environment located in Cairns, Australia.
