We''d love to hear from you!What does a day in the life look like?Role Responsibilities:Content & Planning: Develop content calendars across 5 social networks and collaborate with partners/programme teams to deliver engaging contentSocial Media Management: Create assets using Figma/Canva, manage daily posts (scaling to 10-20 during event week), amplify third-party content, and handle social inbox via HootsuiteEmail Production: Design and deploy newsletters using Figma modules for Braze with team support, managing 2x weekly sends (daily during event week) and optimizing engagementPartnership Coordination: Primary contact for partner marketing collaboration, facilitating content sharing and cross-promotion to maximize value deliveryApprovals & Compliance: Coordinate approval processes and ensure compliance with brand guidelines while maintaining publishing schedulesPerformance Tracking: Monitor social and email performance to inform content strategy and capture assets for reportingAbout You23 years experience in social media, digital marketing or content productionStrong understanding of platform best practice (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Blue Sky) Experience with both organic and paid social media campaignsConfident writing for digital channels, with a great sense of tone and audienceOrganised and proactive, with excellent time management and attention to detailCreative thinker with a feel for pop culture, trends, and event audience behaviourComfortable using tools like Canva, Photoshop / Figma, Hootsuite.Experience collaborating with creative teams (design, video, production)Strong communication skills for partner and stakeholder managementPassion for creativity, innovation and major events.Desirable experienceBackground in entertainment, events, or content-focused environmentsExperience with email marketing platforms like Braze Exposure to performance tracking and social media reportingExperience working with music industry partners and venue relationshipsUnderstanding of legal and compliance requirements in entertainment marketingAn interest in AI tools, content innovations, or advanced paid social strategiesRole requirements:This role requires you to: Work outside of normal business hours during the event week, and on the weekends immediately prior and during the event.At TEG, we offer more than just a job.
