The role ensures that reward programs support business objectives, enhance employee value proposition (EVP), and maintain market competitiveness.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a localized remuneration and benefits strategy that supports performance-based rewards and aligns with ASPAC business goals. Global Collaboration: Engage with Sercos global rewards network to ensure alignment and share best practices. Business Partnership: Provide expert advice to business leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to gender pay equity initiatives. Operational Excellence: Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance. Performance & Recognition: Promote a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.
