We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Master Data and Product Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and efficiency enhancement initiatives.Position Overview:The Master Data & Product Co-Ordinator will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our product data management processes and systems.Face to face daily interaction with fellow work colleagues is required and therefore this role will work 5 days out of our Port Melbourne office.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our product master data across multiple platforms, including SAP and other ERP systems. They will also assist in efforts to migrate to new online product master databases, streamline processes, and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and support business expansion.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management, governance, and optimization of product master data across all relevant systems, ensuring high levels of data quality and consistency.Provide support to the finance department when required around SAP landscape and data architecture to ensure a smooth annual audit (ie. able to pull large amounts of data out of backend tables of SAP)Manage the invoicing process from supplier to Company Stores/Franchisees and resolving any issues.First point escalation for any product services related queries from Company Stores/Franchisees nationally.Responsible for reconciliation of invoices, pricing and rebate agreements within our supplier network.Facilitate and action Product Services end of months functions including promotions, catalogue items, specials, rebates, product maintenance and pricing to agreed timelines.Drive the migration and integration of product data into new online master databases, working closely with IT and other departments to ensure a seamless transition.Collaborate with the Master Data & Product Manager and the National Product Manager and Finance team to align product data management strategies with business objectives.Implementation of best practices and policies for product data management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data management strategies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in data management and product management technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the business.Qualifications and Experience:Must have proven extensive experience in data management, product management, or a related field, preferably within the wholesale or retail sector.Robust experience with SAP is essential (includingSD & MM Modules).
