Renowned for their innovative approach, they design, engineer, manufacture, and install top-tier prefabricated solutions for clients across Australia and New Zealand.About the Role:This pivotal role is for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives on transforming data into strategic insight. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full planning, reporting, and forecasting cycleincluding annual budgets, board reports, and financial modelling.You''ll play a key role in optimising the companys financial systems and supporting the delivery of timely and accurate business intelligence across all levels of the organisation. With a strong focus on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and systems improvement, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, forward-thinking business environment.This role will be based in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide financial insights, identify performance improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making across the organisation.Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial models, ensuring accurate planning for revenue, expenses, and cash flow using tools like Power BI and Excel.Develop and deliver high-quality management reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to communicate performance trends, KPIs, and business drivers that support strategic initiatives.Oversee and enhance the ERP system (Premier Construction System), ensuring data integrity, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.Provide financial analysis and modelling to support strategic projects, business cases, investment evaluations, and other performance improvement initiatives.About You:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Commerce, with CPA, CA, or CIMA certification preferred.58 years experience in a commercial finance environment, with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for mid-sized organisations.Advanced proficiency in financial and ERP systems (e.g. Premier Construction System), MS Office (particularly Excel), and business intelligence or data visualisation tools.Exceptional ability to prepare insightful reports, presentations, and financial analysis, with strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.Service-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to represent finance in technical system matters.
