You will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education in the Architectural Design 2-6 (Vertical Design Studios) subjects, supporting students in achieving their learning and career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver two 3-hour design studio classes per week over a 13-week semesterPrepare and deliver one formal lecture per semesterParticipate in final design presentations, marking, and moderationCollaborate with the Design Coordinator and fellow tutors to develop and deliver the semester programProvide academic and pastoral support to studentsSupervise students during class excursionsMaintain timely communication and complete marking within 10 daysSkills and Experience RequiredMaster''s Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)Demonstrated higher education teaching experienceCommitment to architectural education and student engagementDesirable:Minimum 5 years in architectural practice or running a practiceStrong connections to the architectural professionEvidence of current scholarship or non-traditional research outputsAdditional RequirementsSuccessful candidate will be required to provide:A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)A National Police CheckHow to ApplyClick ''Apply'' to be redirected to our careers portal, where you can view the full Position Description and submit your application.
