We are looking for a dynamic, strategic sales professional to join us as an Agency Manager - ANZ. In this role, you will develop and expand revenue opportunities by managing, consulting, and networking across key agency accounts, creating pipeline opportunities, closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities & Requirements: Maintain and strengthen agency relationships, building trust and ensuring high service levels Develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of new business through existing and prospecting activities Identify and pursue new clients, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities Manage day-to-day relationships between agencies and operational teams, escalating issues as needed Own the entire sales cycle from prospect engagement to contract management Handle incoming agency inquiries promptly and professionally Accurately forecast revenue by managing your pipeline effectively The Culture & Perks: 4.7-star rating on Glassdoor, with 96% of employees recommending INFUSE 94% client retention rate in APAC, well above the industry average of 65% Genuine earning potential and growth opportunities Enjoy your birthday off on us! Qualifications Required Skills: At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Account Manager selling into digital media agencies (must) Existing book of business or deep understanding of the agency landscape in Sydney and nationally Experience in Demand/Lead Generation is highly advantageous Background in Tech, Publishing, or Advertising preferred Proven track record of winning and retaining key accounts Self-motivated with an independent work ethic; ability to work towards goals in a hybrid environment Strong organizational and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
