We design, build, manage and provide integrated, optimised supply chain solutions.We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Operations team as a Project Manager working on our efm App. The purpose of the role is to successfully manage a high-performing team who are responsible for the initiation and execution of various projects that produce a high return on investment, aligning with the most current business objectives. The role has a strong focus on delivering a no better experience for stakeholders, continuous improvement, and optimising team and business performance.As the Project Manager, you will:Train, coach and mentor team members to drive effective communication, business outcomes, engagement and a high-performance culturePerformance management of self and team through clear and actionable performance metricsEnsure timely execution of deliverables through high quality process and strong relationshipsMaintaining excellence through quality project management that align to efms Quality Management SystemProvide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership TeamEnsure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader businessEnsure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations and best practiceEnsure continued adherence to Group practices and policiesIdentify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholdersWe are looking for:2+ years of experience in a team Management role in a growing dynamic organisation2+ years of experience in Project Management and AnalysisTertiary level education in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce or similarAdaptable to change and leading changeProven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvementAbility and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational levelBe able to demonstrate strong system, data, and analytical skills to determine trends or areas requiring corrective action.Demonstrated capability in leading & managing team and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices.Coaching people acts as a leader, as a mentor, supports others in professional developmentWhy join efm Logistics?Strong focus on regular and ongoing professional development training, enhancing skills and career progressionA dynamic and empowering culture, where we challenge each other to do it betterAn opportunity to be part of an industry leaderModern office spaces and technologyCompany functions and team building activities, taking the time to connect with each otherPartner with 2 charities, volunteering time to make a difference and contribute to the positive impact they are having both locally and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
