Through this refreshing and innovative approach, we empower businesses to realise their impact.Our HR Advisory team is growing, therefore we are seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert advice and partner with our clients across varied industries.Operationally focused, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across different businesses, providing guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR policy implementation. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to address complex HR challenges while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.Advise and coach managers on performance management, talent development, and career progression initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture.Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Collaborate with the business to design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and programs.Keep abreast of industry best practices and changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend appropriate actions.To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 5 years experience as HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Knowledge of HR best practices, Australian employment laws, and regulations.Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies and actions.Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.To Apply:If you are a highly motivated and passionate HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
