Youll be the go-to person for both residents and staff, ensuring everyones needs are met with a smileRealise the Opportunities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the village, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Creativity and fun are your middle names!Lead with Heart: Lead a passionate team of staff who share your commitment to creating an exceptional living experience for our residents.Who You Are:Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsStrong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial reporting.Proven experience in asset management, ideally within property, facilities, or retirement livingA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeingExperienced in operational management, with strong organisational, consultative and negotiation skillsHave excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with graceCustomer-centric, always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents firstA people person with a genuine love for working with seniorsCompassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniorsThe successful candidate will also have or be willing to complete their First Aid, CPR Certificates and driver''s license with own transport.Ready to Join the Fun?If youre passionate about leading a vibrant and caring community independent living seniors, wed love to hear from you!
