That creates the perfect foundation to grow your career, your impact, and your income.Youll lead consultative sales conversations that connect deeply with client needs across the ANZ region, crafting tailored solutions that solve real business challenges in employee engagement and recognition. Working closely with SDRs, Researchers, Marketing and Client Success, youll bring the voice of the customer into every stage of the sales process and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that inspire action. Moments That MatterCelebrate key life milestones with bonus payments.Enjoy huge annual savings across hundreds of retail, hospitality, travel, and lifestyle brands for you, your friends, and your family.Brief summary of core duties - a full job description can be shared on request.Partner with SDRs and Sales Researchers to target key accounts and drive new leads.Lead insightful business conversations tailored to client challenges.Deliver compelling sales presentations online and in person.Craft proposals and case summaries that address client needs.Collaborate with Client Success to share customer stories and best practices.Build win strategies to progress and close deals effectively.Own the full sales funnel, removing friction and boosting conversion.Forecast accurately using our Salesforce framework.Hit commercial goals and contract terms with your team and sales leaders.Champion a high-performing sales culture aligned to RGs mission.Represent RG at HR industry events as a trusted brand ambassador.Experience and Key Skills Required:Proven B2B sales success with consistent quota attainment and the ability to clearly articulate methodology and process, ideally at the SMB level in a high-volume role. Experience in HR SaaS or a related industry is a plus but not required.Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to close, with a passion for building relationships at every stageExperience in a consultative sales cycle, including influencing and negotiating with business leaders, owners and senior leadership stakeholdersA passionate storyteller with strong presentation skills that can influence in person and in digital environmentsA proven innovator with a strong bias for action and the ability quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentStrong skills in building value and influencing purchasing decisionsExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage time effectively and efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skillsThe Interview Process:Telephone interview with our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, APACFirst stage online interview with our Head of Sales and Sales Director, AustraliaPresentation task and final stage interview with our Head of Sales, Sales Director, Australia and/or Managing Director, APACAt Reward Gateway, we are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
